The Beaumont Music Academy

‘Music is the voice of the soul’

Rhianydd Beaumont has been a singing teacher for over 20 years and because of her industry experience has an understanding of not only voice development but audition prep for college and university study. Students of Rhianydd’s go on to the major musical theatre and opera schools, some performing in the West End, National Tours and with Opera Companies.

‘Whether you want to take exams, enter music festivals or perform locally or just sing for fun, the choice is yours. Lessons will be fun, interactive and at a pace that suits you. I believe in careful voice training where children’s voices are carefully considered, making sure they are singing safely. I cover Classical, Musical Theatre, Pop and Opera Genres. Singing is fun and involves the whole body, which is good for self esteem, mental wellbeing and general happiness.’

“My daughter has been coming to Rhianydd for nearly 10 years now. Rhianydd has seen her through huge changes in her voice and managed them with expertise and patience. As a result, my daughter now has a 2 1/2 octave range and is confident singing in lots of different genres. I can’t thank Rhianydd enough for her care, persistence and support over the years.”

“I started going to Beaumont Music Academy a few years ago as an adult singer. Rhianydd always makes lessons fun and enjoyable. She is such a lovely person and so talented. I’ve now gone from what I thought was an Alto, to a Soprano, even singing in Latin & Italian. I’m not going to give up as I enjoy it so much.”

“My daughter has been having singing lessons with Rhianydd for 7yrs. Evie really enjoys her singing lessons with Rhianydd. Her expert tuition and guidance has seen Evie develop into a mature and confident young singer. Her lessons are full of enthusiasm and encouragement and Evie really looks forward to them every week.”
